Below are some frequently asked questions regarding the site and it's file system.
A: There are two main ways to play CIA files. You can either use a Nintendo 3DS emulator such as Citra, or play them using a hacked Nintendo 3DS system. To play a CIA on Citra, navigate to the "File" tab at the top of the screen. Then click "Install CIA..." and select the CIA file you wish to play. For more information on how to hack a real Nintendo 3DS system, you can visit the Nintendo Homebrew Discord server.
A: There's a multitude of possible reasons why your submission hasn't made it's way onto the site yet. A few common reasons may be that you: incorrectly filled out the form / supplied insufficient information, the moflex file you provided is corrupted / does not work as intended, the media contained in your file may be something we're not willing to host on the site, or we just haven't gotten around to seeing it yet. Keep in mind, there are real people behind this website and sometimes submissions can slip through the cracks or otherwise take a while for us to see. If this is the case, we apologize, and we're working to review your submission in as timely of a manner as possible.
A: You can simply type whatever genre you're looking for into the search bar in the top right corner of the site, then all files under that genre will appear. For example, if I'm looking for action movies I can type "action" in to the search bar and all of the action movies available on the website will appear.
A: If your CIA file is missing certain content like episodes, songs, etc., you likely haven't patched it. If the download page for the file says "Requires Patch" that means you must patch the file before you can access all of it's contents. You can access our full patching guide here.
A: We exclusively do English files because the people using the website are native English speakers, or know understand the language enough to enjoy the media.
